Steps for Surya namaskar:
1)Stand straight on fold and perform namaskar.
2)Now inhale and raise both your hand up and bend your body behind, making arc shape.
3)Now exhale and bend forward along with hand. Hand should touch floor.
4)Try to touch your knee with forehead. Don't force yourself.
5)Now placing your hand on floor, stretch your on leg straight behind with other's leg knee folded. Look up.
6)Stretch your other leg also behind, hands straight. Pull your pelvis towards top.
7)Release your body down n lie down flat on floor with pelvis stretch upwards, not touching ground.
8)Raise your upper body and bend backwards,stretching your hands.
9)Now raise your pelvis towards top, and balance on palms and feet.
10)Put your one leg forward, thighs parallel to ground. Stretch other leg behind.
11)Now bring other leg forward and stand.
