Want bigger arms? Try training them more frequently. At least 100 reps every upper body workout.
Focus on squeezing bicep at peak contraction. Slowly lower weight. Push muscles to failure and create as much intensity as possible each contraction. Use the arm blaster to really isolate your biceps. I always burn out with hammer curls after regular curls.
