This exercise is all about engagement and intensity for me. Keeping every muscle engaged throughout each repetition and intensifying each contraction with force of will. For me building legs is all about volume. Utilizing combinations of exercises, I superset squats into leg extensions into calf raises. Remember the reps count! More quality reps = more quality muscle.
