Front Raises
When you find yourself unmotivated to workout just remember how good that pump feels. It's more than just improving your superficial appearance it's about strengthening your body and mind.
Keep elbows rigid to increase resistance on the front delt. Bring weight just past parallel. Try to hold for one second at top of range. Slowly lower weight.
Push past the pain barrier to become a champion.
